The maintenance services include the following three categories:
Backup
Smart One Technologies maintains backups of similar performance for critical equipment, backups are installed until the time the original equipment can be rectified and Re-installed.
Training Program
Comprehensive training sessions are conducted at clients’ or Smart One Technologies premises on the product to cover following areas:
- Operation of equipment.
- Basic trouble shooting and fixing of minor accidental Break downs.
- Implementation of environment control.
- If additional training is required, it can be set up by a mutual arrangement Advanced and customized training courses are also arranged at customers’ request at reasonable charges.
Benchmark Testing
Smart One Technologies with experience has developed one of the most efficient support systems in the industry in Pakistan. We have fully equipped hardware-engineering laboratories and trained hardware personnel are providing maintenance support for various types of Power systems. Smart One Technologies presently maintaining equipment installed. Direct technical support is also available on the telephone during working hours on working days, for outstation clients, necessary training is provided to handle minor accidental breakdowns. A list of basic tool kit and critical parts is suggested to be maintained.
